Ironclad Goods and Supplies, a trading name of Ironclad Quality (Pty) Ltd (registration 2026/494098/07), is a building and goods supplies business in George, Western Cape. This website shows our range. You can build a list and contact us on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email. There is no checkout, no customer account, and no card payment on this site.

1. What we collect
There is no quote form on this website, and there is no customer account.
Opening a page
When you open a page, we record the time and which browser and device you used. We do not record your name, phone number, or email address.
Volt Digital is told when people are visiting the site. That message names the business and how many visits there have been. It does not include your browser or device.
We keep this record for 12 months, then delete it. See How long we keep it.
Tapping WhatsApp
When you tap a WhatsApp button to contact us, we record that the button was used, the time, and which browser and device you used. We do not record the message you send. WhatsApp opens as usual.

A review
The review form on the home page asks for your name, a star rating from 1 to 5, and a comment. It does not ask for your phone number or email address.
We read the review before it appears. Until we approve it, it stays off the page. If we publish it, anyone who opens the website can read your name, your rating, and your comment. Volt Digital is told when a review arrives, including your name, your rating, and the start of your comment.
A review we publish is kept while it is on the site. We delete it when we take it down, or when you ask us to. A review we do not publish is deleted after 90 days.
Your order list
On the home page you can add quantities, choose a delivery area, and type a note. That list stays on the screen in front of you. Refresh the page or leave, and it is gone. We do not save it.
If you tap Send on WhatsApp, the list, the area, and the note go into a WhatsApp message to 078 904 0733. WhatsApp delivers that message. We do not keep a copy on this website.
Calls and email
The phone and email links open the phone or email app on your device. We do not record the call or the message.
2. How we use it
- We keep reviews so we can read them and, if we approve them, show them on the site.
- We count page visits and WhatsApp taps so we can see that people are using the site.
- WhatsApp, phone, and email are there so you can place an order or ask a question.
You choose to send a review. If we publish it, your name, rating, and comment appear on the site.
A WhatsApp message you choose to send is handled by WhatsApp from the moment it leaves your phone. We do not store that message.
4. Cookies
This website does not use cookies. There is no banner asking you to accept or refuse them. The cookie notice says the same thing in more detail.
Your order list stays on the screen until you refresh or leave. It is not saved on your device.
Page visits and WhatsApp taps are sent as an ordinary request. They are not cookies. What we keep from them is described under What we collect.
5. Security
The site is served over a secure connection (HTTPS). Visit records, WhatsApp-tap records, and reviews are stored on servers in the United Kingdom (London), through Supabase. The pages are served through Vercel's Cape Town edge.
Volt Digital can read those records. A review we have published can be read by anyone who opens the website.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it.
- A record of a page visit or a WhatsApp tap is kept for 12 months, then deleted.
- A review we have published is kept while it is on the website. We delete it when we take it down, or when you ask us to.
- A review we do not publish is deleted after 90 days.
Your order list is gone when you refresh or leave the page. We never store it. A WhatsApp message, once you send it, is kept under WhatsApp's own rules.
7. Your POPIA rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ironcladconstruction178@gmail.com and tell us enough to find the record, such as the name on a review and roughly when you sent it.

Visit and WhatsApp-tap records do not include your name.

8. Third-party links
Some links leave this website. Once you follow one, this policy no longer covers what happens there. Those links are WhatsApp, the phone and email apps on your device, and our Facebook page.
Google provides the typefaces. Pexels provides the large photo at the top of the home page. If you send an order, it goes to WhatsApp. We do not keep a copy on this website.
9. Children's privacy
This website is for people buying building supplies. We do not aim it at children, and we do not ask your age. The review form asks for a name, a star rating, and a comment. If you believe a child sent a review, email Ironclad at ironcladconstruction178@gmail.com and we will delete that review.
10. Changes
If we start collecting something new, we will update this page first. The date at the top is the current version.
